TEST RIDE & RETURN POLICY ON SADDLES - Every saddle I have in
stock has a 5 day ride/fit guarantee. If you ride it and decide its not right for
you, return it for a refund minus shipping fees. I have new and demo saddles
in inventory for you to RIDE.
Custom saddle orders are NON REFUNDABLE. I do my best to make certain
your custom saddle is perfect the first time. However if I miss something, I
will repair or exchange at my discretion. Please contact me for more
information.
Credit card companies charge their fees to the merchant up front, and do
not refund the fees if merchandise is returned. Because of this, I have had
to implement a 5% restocking fee for returns when the purchase is made
with a credit card. I apologize for this inconvenience. No restocking fee
applies with check or money order purchases on saddles. If you still prefer to
use a credit card and want to avoid the possible 5% fee, we do accept
Paypal.
RETURN POLICY ON CUSTOM SEWING - Custom sewing orders are NON
REFUNDABLE. I do my best to make sure your order meets your
specifications. In some cases this may mean you will need to be very
accurate in providing measurements. In the event that the item does not fit
the opening/boat/trailer for which it was intended, I will repair or replace the
item at my discretion. Please contact me if you have questions or need
more information.
RETURN POLICY (EXCEPT SADDLES AND CUSTOM SEWING) - Returns
are accepted within 15 days of purchase on all unused merchandise. You
will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and less 5% restocking
fee. Damaged or otherwise imperfect merchandise will be refunded or
exchanged per customer request.
PAYMENT METHODS - We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard (requires
calling direct), or personal checks. If paying by check, the check must clear
before the merchandise is shipped or the custom saddle/custom sewing is
started.
